The role of a commercial manager and the functions performed play a critical part in the commercial and financial success of a construction project and the companies involved.

Implementation of the contract conditions where obligations and activities are met, performance is monitored and managed, changes are notified, recorded and valued and where effective behaviours are managed and maintained. 

3. Dispute Avoidance & Resolution

Conflict can be avoided proactively by working collaboratively with other parties on the project. We recognise that the industry needs to change the way stakeholders communicate and collaborate with each other. We have also provided support to adjudication proceedings when required.

4. Project Reporting

Projects need access to accurate, real-time progress information, presented in a concise and meaningful way to allow informed decisions and an understanding on cost and programme.

5. Procurement and Tendering

An important factor in the success of a project, whether it is recruiting the right labour, sourcing quality products at reasonable cost, or managing the transportation of materials between facilities and sites.
